A single cell dataset of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia case-control matched samples was made publicly available last year in the SZBDMulti-Seq study. This data release adds genotypes for these samples. Data is cited in the Ruzicka et al. preprint “Single-cell multi-cohort dissection of the schizophrenia transcriptome”.
