The PsychiPSCNeurons study provides improved methods for generating human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) from midbrain dopaminergic neurons to understand whether hiPSC-derived neuronal subtypes capture psychiatric risk loci. The dataset includes RNA-seq data from induced dopaminergic, GABAergic and glutamatergic neurons for two individuals. This dataset is cited in Powell, S.K., et al. “Induction of Dopaminergic Neurons for Neuronal Subtype-Specific Modeling of Psychiatric Disease Risk”.
